The Academic Board of CITECH is an appointed body consisting of industry personalities and academics in private or public practice.
As the policy making body, its role is to guide CITECH's academic and management teams in the development and implementation of strategies for the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of teaching and learning.

The Board of Examinations is responsible to the Academic Board for:
- · the maintenance of academic standards,
- · the conduct of all examinations of CITECH leading to the award of CITECH certificates, diplomas and other academic qualifications,
- · the approval of the results of all such examinations and for the publication thereof.
