Our priority is to bring out the talent in students and train them into professionals. We have a team of excellent lecturers who provide training and care to students. Through rewards and effective teachings, our students graduate with confidence.

	Lecturers must be modest and seek constant improvement in their teachings.
	Lecturers must teach in the school for more than 1 semester.
	Lecturers must finish their course of teaching and be able to teach with efficiency.
	Lecturers must show certain quality in their teachings and prove that they have a bright career ahead.

	CITECH (Singapore) Outstanding Teachers' Award certificate
	An opportunity to conduct research on an educational related topic and publish it. This will be funded by CITECH.
	The recipient of the award will play a part in editing the "Scientific research studies of cooperation education between China and Singapore" which will be published in Singapore.
	CITECH will help the lecturer(s) in acquiring an international certificate which they specialize in.
	Trainings will be provided locally and overseas, for the lecturer(s) to upgrade themselves .

	Lecturers have to fill in the application form personally.
	First stage of judgment is made by CITECH whereby CITECH will review feedbacks from applicant’s management staffs, colleagues and students.
	Base on various factors, a name list of qualified lecturers will be drafted out.
	The list will be posted at the judge’s college. If there is no protest after 1 week, the award will be finalized.
