The International Student Advisory Service is responsible for providing advice to international students, including immigration questions, Visa Extension, homesick issue, Learning Problem, relations problem and other personal problems. It coordinates a meet and greet service for students arriving at the start of the academic year, runs Orientation Programme for new students and presentations during term time, and organises a departure programme for students preparing to leave the Chartered Institute of Technology to return home or to work in the Singapore after their studies.

This service is a part of the international student administration Section of CITECH and located at the students administration office.
