CITECH has put in place the Fees Protection Scheme in the form of Tuition Fee Account (Escrow Account) with The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Cooperation. HSBC is appointed by CASE and the Council for Private Education as the provider for Fee Protection Scheme service to the private education industry.
CITECH only accepts the following methods of payment:

Cash (in Singapore Dollars) if in other currencies, the exchange rate shall be based on the day of the exchange rate. Cash amount is only applicable to non-tuition fee related amount.
